About seven months ago, you came out to my place and worked for several hours on my very large shop door. I want you to know how much I appreciate having it work so well that I have to look back as I’m walking away to make sure it’s closing – it is so quiet! It works so smoothly. After I managed to knock my door completely off track, I called Advanced Door Systems. The owner came out within a couple of hours and repaired the door enough to close. We were discussing complete repair and servicing when I asked about replacement. We worked out an agreement on the spot, and he ordered the door. After the company received the door, a very professional and personable two-person team arrived at the scheduled time to install it. They did an excellent job installation (despite the cold weather) and thoroughly explained the ins and outs to me. Advanced Door Systems is a first-class outfit and will be my go-to team for all future door needs.

Everything happened like clockwork, and the installation was quick and uneventful.

Description of Work
Garage door replacement. The door manufacture did not make the door I wanted in the size I needed, so Advanced Door Systems contacted the sub-contractor who makes the door panels, and the sub-contractor agreed to make a modified door that fit our size requirement. The door is beautiful, and Advanced Door did a great job installing the door.

A crew of two showed up on time and did an amazing job. I didn’t get a chance to move things in the garage, but they took care of that. Removed old doors and hauled them away. They even tied up some loose wiring I had running to my garage door opener as well as my tv. Amazing job.

They have done excellent work for us, and I recommend them without reservation. The most recent problem was a broken spring. I called on Friday afternoon, and they said they would come on Monday morning. Sure enough, they called early Monday, said they would be over within an hour, and showed up 45 minutes later. The young man, Mark, replaced both springs in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price. This is the second time within the last year we have used Advanced Door Systems. The previous time was to replace the motor which had developed a leak. (The doors are 25-30 years old, so it is not surprising that parts need replacement.) Both times they have been prompt and efficient, and the price has been reasonable. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

After one of the bottom brackets broke on our garage door, my husband and son managed to get it closed. But it was left-leaning and hanging on by three wheels. We paid $55 for an estimate. The quote was for a door rebuild and replacement. But there was only about a $150 difference between the two options. We decided to get a second opinion. We stumble onto Advanced Door Systems. They were on time, professional, and honest. It probably took them less than an hour to repair the door at a third of the price. I only wish we would have called them first! Thank you, Advanced Door Systems!

The garage door broke during the final walk-through by the buyers of my daughter’s home. We called Advanced, and they met us within a very short time from my calling them, made the repair, and kept the closing from being delayed. They were punctual, professional, polite, and did a great job.

I found them on Angie’s list. I got 5% off for using Angie’s list. The price was fair according to the research I did online previously. They sent a guy over as soon as possible. The job was done very quickly. Absolutely no complaints!!
